Crowd Count
Someone who attended today's basketball game said about 2,500 were in attendance though the official count was 4,089. Among those watching was recruit Mike Moser of Portland, who originally committed to Arizona.
USC tried to get Moser to visit last weekend during the Cal football game but he went to UCLA instead, so this weekend's visit probably did not have the same impact. Moser is considering UCLA, Oregon and USC.

I'm sure Floyd and Company will explain to him that this is the Stanford Weekender, which is a huge event at SC. Trojan fans showed last year that they are more than able of filling The Galen Center for basketball games.
I was at the game at Galen and there were definately more than 2,500 people in attendance and I would say that the 4,089 figure looked right on. I was thinking about 4,000 people might have been there so this number is in line. The student section was about 60% full which was pretty decent for a weekender game. Plus, there are a lot of Trojan alums and fans in Orange County and the fires may have kept some of them home.
