USC's allowed 60 points in nine games. The last time the Trojans allowed fewer points through nine games was 55 points in 1962.

I don't care what anybody says, last night that was the best defensive effort I've ever seen. Despite all the stupid penalties, the Defense was simply amazing and was unwilling to relent.
