To no one's surprise, the Stanford band formed the letters ``OJ'' for its opening number, ``Crazy Little Thing Called Love.'' The band concluded by forming the number 24, in reference to last year's point total against USC.

That's funny. Stanford would make a way better cross-town or otherwise bitter rival than UCLA. Although it would have been more original to go after our tatted up Song Girls. Cheerleader pic?

Here on The Farm we completely gave up on having a marching band (as well as a mascot)and just try to be an improv troupe. And fail at that too.

Favorite bootleg T-shirt seen by SC fans in attendence: stanford is for ugly people.
