Obama For President
Q. Who did you vote for today?
COACH CARROLL: I did vote, as a matter of fact. I voted early. I was a little bit behind on some of the issues. I haven't been keeping up on it. I had to go like you do in the SAT test, you don't guess at the ones you don't know the answers to. I skipped some of the stuff.
I voted for Obama today, was excited about it. Fired up for it.

Typical bay area liberal, vote for the socialist. Pete's got enough CPA's to hide his money from this floppy eared radical socialist monkey, he doesn't care if the regular guy gets screwed
Uhoh, Pete's gonna lose a lot of "support" from the boosters.
You obviously spent some serious time studying at SC Rah Rah. Actually one of socialism's central tenants is the "regular guy." FYI Obama's not a socialist. Wait I think I know you, you're the guy programming the BCS computer!
Heres the reason PC voted for BO. Following is from OC register SC blog where they REALLY cover SC football:
Presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain are set to appear at halftime of ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” game in a few hours. ESPN released excerpts of Chris Berman’s interviews with them — and Obama just might sway some USC supporters based on one of his responses.
Asked what one thing he would change in sports, Obama said:
“I think it is about time that we had playoffs in college football. I’m fed up with these computer rankings and this and that and the other. Get eight teams — the top eight teams right at the end. You got a playoff. Decide on a national champion.”
Breaking News: Scott Wolf joins the GOP.
Coincidence?
loyolazzclown, I never attended SC, you on the other hand must have spent some time in Cuba. There are no regular guys in socialism you floppy eared monkey lover
Johnny Carson never divulged his political leanings to anybody, even his friends. Good idea. People get more worked up over politics than any subject, and it has only gotten worse over the years.
I tell people I am apolitical, that I hate the 'Demos' and the 'Repos' equally. Saves a lot of arguments and keeps a lot of friends.
Johnny Carson didn't have to divulged his political leanings, everyone knew he was a lib, get a grip.
Completely agree with you, LJ. I've never won a friend by telling them what I believe politically.
Fight On!
Good call LJ. I'm sick of hearing celebraties make their annoucments. Like they really are backing someone. All they really care about is protecting their money. They say one thing, but do another. Fight On!
I call BS, LJ. There is no such thing as a lawyer who isn't a Dem or a Rep. When lawyers get together, they talk about who is a Dem or Rep like other people talk about who is gay and who is straight.
Just teasing, LJ, but you have to agree that it's tough in the lawyer crowd to not be on one team or the other.
"floppy eared radical socialist monkey"?
The Donkey is relieved to learn that the racist imbecile Rah Rah's Bite never attended USC.
The Donkey invites the racist Rah Rah's Bite to swallow the end of a gun and pull the trigger. It' will be a better world without him in it.
PC is a NorCal hippie liberal at heart. And, Cali is crawling with them. I love visiting, but thank goodness that I moved back to a bastion of conservatism in Texas. PC thinks too much like Oregonian tree huggers. No wonder the Oregons have our number.
I second the Don Key's suggestion
To quote that famous scholar, Linus Van Pelt (Peanuts): "There are three things I have learned never to discuss with people: religion, politics and the Great Pumpkin."
And Rah Rah...you bite.
Hey Rah Rah, I hear David Duke is looking for a roommate. Wow...did you get here in a Time Machine from the '50's?
I raised a Methodist but in Marin County, everyone is Buddhist! Pete is from Marin.
Which is a dumber decision, firing Norm Chow or voting for a Chicago Machine politician for president?

How right you are. Boosters hate coaches that win. We'd better get on the phone with Phil Fulmer before someone else scoops him up. I'll bet he's as conservative as heck. We don't need wins - we need tax breaks!
Carroll's vote shouldn't be that surprising. Typical for that type. Birds of a feather flock together. It is what it is, and Pete Carroll is what he is. Not my kind of person.
Pete is crazy like a fox. He voted for McCain, but SAID he voted for Obama. That can only help when he's out recruiting or visiting housing projects at 3 am.
