USC's up to nine penalties but Cal's now got six to offset Pete Carroll's argument that the refs only call penalties on one team.

wow...that's about all I can say...I hate to get too down but I have never seen anything like this..they practiced all week for this? they have 10 penalties already in the 3rd quarter and have about 1:10 TOP since half time...at this point we all need to stop worrying about being #1 hahahaha
