According to Pete Carroll's website USC will be wearing its home cardinal jerseys for the UCLA game at the Rose Bowl (see http://www.petecarroll.com/index.cfm/pk/view/cd/NAA/cdid/410309/pid/400025).
One item the article mentioned was that USC would be penalized one time out per half for the uniform violation. I thought I had read previously that USC would only be charged one time out for the game (as opposed to one per half). Can you verify? Thanks.
