USC 3, Cal 3

Cal ties the game on a 35-yard field goal thanks to those two penalties that negated interceptions. Taylor Mays will not be happy he lost an interception, especially if Lauren Conrad is watching.

If there were such a thing as a really good timeout, Carroll may have called it after Cushing "penalty." That was ridiculous, as was Byers' holding penalty. Officials seem to be calling it both ways now.

False starts are killing us. We finally started getting some pressure from front 4 on Longshore at end of first half. We got lucky with the McCoy and Turner non-reviews. Score should be 6-0.

Longshore will fold in the second half. I have a feeling Joe McKnight could turn in a good game.

Fight On!

The two roughing the passer penalties were stupid. Cushing granted wasn't much, but why bother. And Griffin is a idiot.
