Cupcakes anyone? The non-conference schedules of the supposed Top Five next year.
1. Florida - Charleston Southern, Troy, Florida Int'l, Florida St. (only 4 road games, and one neutral site game v. Georgia)
2. Alabama - Florida Int'l, North Texas, Chattanooga (only four road games, and a potential neutral site game against Va Tech...not confirmed yet)
3. Texas - UL Monroe, @Wyoming, UCF, UTEP (five road games, and neutral site v. Okl)
4. Oklahoma - Tulsa, at Miami (Fla), and two non-conference games TBD (four road games, and neutral site v. Texas, with two games TBD)
5. USC - San Jose St., @Ohio St, @ Notre Dame (six road games)
The SEC gets away with this crap every year. Crappy non-conference teams and a home-loaded schedule. Don't give the B.S. about the SEC being so tough. The ACC won 3 of 4 from the SEC in the second-to-last week. UCLA beat Tennessee...what more needs to be said?
