USC secondary coach Rocky Seto will probably speak to Steve Sarkisian about a possible job on the Washington, but Seto went to Hawaii this week to recruit. Hawaii is home to linebacker Manti Te'o, the prep winner of the Butkus Award and perhaps USC's top remaining target.
