Sanchez On Rivalry
Quarterback Mark Sanchez said he did not think the Trojans would be distracted by the atmosphere surrounding the crosstown rivalry.
``I think it would be tough for a lot of teams who wouldn't be able to handle it if they didn't have Coach Carroll's philosophy,'' Sanchez said. ``We never make any game bigger than the rest. We treat every game the same even though we know this is the city championship. We don't want to get caught up in the media hype.
``When you go into the game, you can't think it's a rivalry game.''

Um, I wish they treated Oregon State a little bigger, especially because Carroll admitted that the Trojans were a little too high after getting "caught up in the media hype" after the Ohio State beatdown.
