Lets say Sark gets the Washington job. Who becomes the OC here?

Pat Hill doesn't want to join the big boys...he just wants to gripe about never getting a fair chance. Time to step up Patty...be a man.

Well Bailey,
Pat Hill did step up. According to the Sporting News, he wanted a response by Yesterday as to whether or not UW wanted him. He did not get a response, he removed his name from consideration in order to concentrate on the New Mexico Bowl.
You have to admit, if UW wanted him, they would have scooped him up.
If we are REALLY lucky Sark will take the Auburn Job. Then PC will have two SEC saboteurs...

I would like El Capitan to be SC's new OC.

If Udub screws up and hires Sark. Keep your fingers crossed. Morton becomes the OC and Carl Smith is the new qb coach. There was a reason CS was on the sidelines vs Notre Dame and there was reason Pete kept saying what great calls Mort made vs the Irish.

So, Morton would become Peties new sock puppet? It won't matter who old Pete installs as the OC, it's like Al Davis and head coaches, you know who is calling the shots and it won't be Morton.

A sock puppet should be able to average 40 points a game next year. Almost the entire offense returns.

rrb, So you went to sock puppet from sychophant, good progress. You must be really plugged in to know what's going on behind the scenes. Fight on brother.

who cares who becomes the next oc. As long as pc keeps winning. Besides, its not like sark was the best oc sc has ever had.

I think that I like Morton, but just don't know enough about him. Carl Smith is a dinosaur. I think it's important to make sure we bring in high energy guys to fit in with PC. Are there any other OC candidates? Charles White from computer tech support?

Why would we need high energy guys? Does anybody think Norm Chow was a high energy guy? Forget energy, I wanna see a new OC who knows what he is doing and does not need 2 weeks to set up a good offensive gameplan.

Well, high energy guys tend to be better recruiters, I think. But, really, I was projecting what Pete will be looking for. I agree with trjnman that we simply need a damn good, innovative OC to better leverage our talent and change things up a bit. However, Pete will only allow a guy into the program whom PC likes, professionally and personally.
