If you went to the game tonight I'd like to hear from you because I found the student line 15 minutes to tipoff to be a total mess.

I was a student at the game. Got there at 5:20, line was orderly but long, went the length of the galen center and curled all the way around on flower. Didn't think we would get it. Line moved OK around 6:00, got close to the stairs of Galen (in between Galen/Sizzler) and they inexplicably stopped letting people in for no reason. People started to cut a little and there certainly was not enough people as there was maybe 2 security for the line that was maybe 1,000 feet long. By 6:30 we ended up getting in OK and was one of the last few to fill up the lower bowl, so anyone who was there 15 minutes before tipoff got there too late and probably didn't even have a seat available.

Anyone know how many students they let in, in the student section?

I was a student who actually got into the game. The line stretched from Figueroa to Flower and bended around into the parking lot behind the Galen Center. I got in line right at Flower Street and waited about 30 min in line to get in. Once I got in, the lower student section was filled so they told us to go up top. We ended up sitting in random seats where we proceeded to be kicked out by people who actually had tickets. We stood on the upper deck until the first timeout where we spotted empty seats in the lower deck in the corner of the stadium. We talked to the ushers and they said we could sit there if no one came. After the game, I talked to friends and they said they were not allowed into the game and had to scalp tickets to see it. Others just left. My experience wasn't so bad but others were disappointed.
