``Jeremy is one of the bright minds in the NFL,'' Pete Carroll said. ``There's no doubt he's going to be a big-time head coach. Denver had a fantastic year in offense last year. (Former Broncos coach) Mike Shanahan said Jeremy was instrumental in developing (Broncos quarterback) Jay Cutler.''
