Holt Hired
Washington scared the local media by postponing the Nick Holt press conference. So the university just announced he is the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator for the Huskies. Glad we got that out of the way.
Apparently, Holt might not have made it to Seattle this morning.
In that picture on their website, Holt looks like a serial killer!

Okay, we've lost Sarkisian, Holt, Roth and Slutak and maybe Norton, when Pete Carroll first came in, he had to hire and fill those positions as well. Maybe, just maybe these departures are something Pete was hoping for all along, perhaps there is going to be some very good coaching talent available that only Pete knows about.
Pete is the type of guy to have his ear to the ground well in advance.
