The Browns special teams coach is long-time Patriots special coach (and Caesar crony) Brad Seely. The Browns' offensive coordinator is Brian Daboll. The defensive coordinator is Rob Ryan.
Everyone we just mentioned worked together for the Patriots from 2000-03. And Smith worked for the Patriots from 1997-99.
OMG you know who else worked for the Patriots? Hint - he's te head coach for the USC Trojans.
