I don't blame 'em. After Leinart came back and led the team to the BCS, and Mays came back this year (when he could have made millions), there's a sense of team spirit that's missing from Sanchez's decision. "What have you done for me lately" is appropriate here, and what Sanchez has done lately is leave the team.
