Going to the basketball game tonight should be nice considering the fact UCLA's cheerleaders are banned from Galen Center in that ridiculous agreement that was made between the schools last year.
I heard the reason that UCLA banned USC was because there isn't enough time to have both schools squads perform during the time outs due to all the promotional tie ins during breaks in the action. I am told, that their squad is lucky to perform on the court once a half.
Call me old fashioned, but I would rather see UCLA's Dance team and our Song Girl performing during time out's than a promotion for Chevy's malibu or domino's pizza. Don't need more commercials.
So sorry, looks like the 2008 squad's last hurrah.
