Great blog. But what exactly are UW and Sark doing that USC doesn't do? Bryce Brown is a soft commit to Miami. Should USC therefore decline the opportunity to recruit him? Or is it ok for USC to steal kids? Its seems your accusation against Sark and Holt is a little hypocritical.

So far, it seems like UW's recruiting strategy is to rack up numerous NCAA violations.

If I have to listen to people speaking spanish everwhere I go then I have a right to use my 3 years worth..that I learned in high school.. no matter how broken it may be.

I am of the opinion that Spanish is a beautiful language. I really like that it is spoken so much in and around campus, and at the Coliseum on Game Day. It is a great asset to speak more than one language.

You are desperately trying in vain to make a case for your lousy Spanish when your own English has flaws. You obviously can't properly utilize a possessive noun in a sentence: "there own way". Have you heard of their own way. Stick to your faulty English and leave the Spanish language alone. That is a very simple grammar rule that you can't follow. Please give me a break. The preposition "para" is NOT needed. There goes your credibility and your "pseudo" bilingual self proclaimed status. I don't buy into that BS anymore than that of the other joker with three years of Spanish. Three years does NOT make anybody proficient in Spanish NOR any other language. It is a very long and arduous process that doesn't happen overnight. I know what the hell I'm talking about, thank you.

Sark needs to understand that he can't pull the same recruiting "tactics" that he did at usc. The NCAA obviously looks the other way when it comes to usc (see: Bush and Mayo as the largest examples) but the NCAA does pay attention to UW.

The author of that blog was threatened with numerous lawsuits for libel and he immediately removed everything from that blog and shut it down permanently. That is precisely why he had been banned from USC events. He's a fraud and a liar.

I've read enough here to determine that among everyone, Bernard and I are the most proficient in Spanish. El Capitan isn't close. He is however, a cunning linguist.

Let me just say in a few short words, that it is my opinion, that a person should be APPLAUDED for making an effort to speak or write another langauge, even if it is "broken" English, Spanish, Japanese, etc. The important thing is the effort, and with practice, that person will become more proficient.

I have seen too many times in this world stuff that is wrong. One thing is to shame another person because they don't speak proper English (or whatever else langauge). Again, I repeat that efforts to speak or write another language should be APPLAUDED.
