Your UC education was a "fraction" of the price that Bookie paid, because it was subsidized by taxpayers. Bookie not only paid for all of his private education, but he also paid for a share of yours. Therefore, I suggest that you thank him, or at least, try to demonstrate to him that you got HIS money's worth by having a remote knowledge of economics.
