Nikola Vucevic practiced today in Tempe and is available for tomorrow's game against Arizona State. He missed the Arizona game with a sore back.

Umm, kind of ashamed to ask but...can you folks help out a little and beat ASU tomorrow and maybe Washington next weekend?

Amigo Osito Azul,
I just returned from a romantic Valentine’s soiree with Señora L and friends at Valentino in Santa Monica. It was FANTASTIC, thank you Piero and Giuseppe!
I am sorry to see you here amigo. Is there no Señora Osita Azul? You need to get your mind off basketball compadre… get out there and have some fun with a señorita of your own, have a few Tequilas and say salud! Ok?
Your kind request is duly noted. While our humble basketball team would like to oblige with a victory over ASU; it is not likely that our threadbare six-man rotation will be able to defeat such a formidable opponent; lo seinto mucho.
I received many insults at Casa de Dohn’s blog when I tried to help my Bruin amigos, warning them that they should not expect another final four appearance this year. Today I was proven right, no? Now there is gnashing of teeth and shedding of tears, and Washington is coming to get YOU. It could get UGLY –no pun intended.
Today it is time for you to start thinking about spring football. Your team will be better and you can think of taking your revenge on these scoundrels of the Arizona desert. After all, football is the only college sport that really matters.
Next time I will remember to not drink the espresso. Buenas Noches and Fight On Amigo!

Basketball matters to us, and it matters to us even if we're not very good at it. I've written it before and I'll write it again, but I question most USC fans' dedication to their team if they aren't interested in basketball.

Gracias amigo Gnossos for your kind words. I think we should let Wolfee keep his job, after all there is no one like him.
Tonight, I am praying with the Bruins to the Holy Virgin of Guadalupe for a Miracle victory against ASU. I hope more than five of us are watching.
