About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

I've always thought this was kind of a silly competition because UCLA competes for a nationally championship in virtually every sport--like going to the finals if not winning it--but doesn't get credit in the Gauntlet.
What the F? and what is a "nationally championship?" Our tax dollars at work!
Like football? Oh, no. You must be thinking of gymnastics and softball (two sports for which Usc thankfully doesn't field varsity teams).
In the last decade, I believe Usc has won national championships in football, baseball, tennis, water polo, golf, track & field, volleyball and soccer.
By the way, getting to the finals and always losing isn't exactly something to brag about. Ask the bills.
Bruins...please go away and play on your own boards. Your stupid comments here only make you look worse than you already are. Now you're complaining about the Gauntlet? Pathetic.
