If Renardo Sidney commits (as expected) in about an hour, will USC flourish with another one-and-done player? And what will team chemistry, currently in tatters, be next season?

Quit your negativity Scott!
This team is the bestest ever!
Tim Floyd is the greatest coach we have ever had. Ever!
We are on an upward trajectory! The final four next year, baby!
Fight on!
What's that? The sound of a program imploding? Nope, not listening. I love Tim Floyd! Not listening! lalalalalalalalala, not listening!

Floyd is taking the easy road, bring in a one and done questionable kid, already with an entourage. Hey Floyd, why dont you work and build a team...it takes hard work but can be done.
If you are giving jobs to people because Barrett recommended him, or are trying to be connected to Barret because you need help, you are in serious trouble.
You have a better name then Barrett and you dont need him to get the great players. Start working and stop playing the game with all the basketball travel team underworld. It is a seedy group of people, and will only lead to your demise.

Coach Floyd has lined up a top 10 recruiting class. The only thing imploding is the bandwagon carrying the fair weather fans.

"Team chemistry is in tatters," says our fearless leader. It is obvious Scott never played a team sport when he was growing up. Since when do athletes have to be friends off the court?-- They all want to win and when they take the court they are the best of friends.
If SC holds its slim 4-point lead in the closing minutes last night all is forgiven. That was probably a make or break game for Troy, and there had to be marked frustration and disappointment.
Coupled with the fact that Taj was schooled by Washington's muscleman in rebounds, and no Trojan had a good game, everybody had to have been in a bad mood.
Now, Sidney is likely going to SC and will stay for one-year. Since when is this a bad thing? Aren't all of the top-10 Freshmen leaving every year after one year in college? And what kind of a distraction could Sidney be for one year? I say take him and enjoy him.
Hey, have you noticed that this is the most attention Scott has paid to the 2008-2009 basketball program all year?-- Most games I cannot even search his blog for the score!

If Scott Wolf was a real journalist would the Daily News stil be destined for Bankruptcy?
conquestchronicles.com rarely has any word on trOJie basketball as well. The "football" only approach isn't limited to Wolf's blog - its generally the case with all of SUC's athletics.
This, of course, begs the questions - what in the world did trOJan fans do while Paul Hackett was their coach? Granted the bandwagon fans were more interested in the Raiders at that time, but still, what could trOJans be proud about then?

How would Wolf know about the team chemistry? He never goes to practice, seldom attends games, and Phil Collin has acted as basketball beat reporter for the entire season. But, as usual, Wolf grabs on to something negative and suddenly knows all about the team. A good reporter, and I hesitate to use the term "reporter" in writing about Scott Wolf, would be congratulating the Trojans on signing Sidney. Dohn would have it as a major story in the Daily Bruin, AKA the Daily News. Come on folks, let's not expect Wolf to say anything positive about the Trojans.
