Reading Material

Sports Illiustrated wrote a feature this week about the ``brazen'' Lane Kiffin. Here's one passage:

``Kiffin has shown no more sympathy for the rest of the support staff he inherited from Fulmer. "You can't count the number of people we've run off because they couldn't keep up, and I'm including secretaries," he says. `They had to go because they weren't going to make it, and they knew it.' ''

Is this part of the Win Forever handbook?

"Win Forever" is a better philosophy than "Creepy Ogling at Cheerleaders" philosophy.

I mean dude... don't you think you need new materials?

Good thing the Daily News doesn't hold employees to a high standard huh Scott.

Scott, how many secretaries has PC fired?

If the support staff can't support him and the way he wants to do business, what's he supposed to do?

This is how it works in most things, although I guess not in the newspaper industry which is doing "great."

If you don't change something at Tenn. you are doomed to repeat their mistakes.

Tenn. gets some of the best players in the country and consistently does very little with them.

Kiffen may regret later how he treats people, but he is going to be getted fired for sure if he doesn't make Tenn. a better football program.

Tenn. has had a good program, a nice atmosphere, but losing to UCLA spoke volumes about the need for change.

How Kiffin handles things reflects strongly on him. He is old enough and responsible for the decisions he makes. He is getting paid pretty good for doing it.

Has nothing to do with USC.

What's next Scott, are you going to blame the economy's collapse on the Win Forever philosophy? Seriously, give it a break, you're pathetic.

Also, please do something about those damn Kaiser ads popping up all over the place!

I always figured Kiff around drawing up plays with crayons, glue sticks and glitter. Maybe taking a break for a juice box and a box of cheese 'n crackers lunchables his dad packed up for him in the morning.

But the guy is actually being proactive and focusing on his job. I still doubt that he'll be successful on the field but still... respect.

Tennessee fans and alumni are going to get the full Kiff , in time. That dispicable fraud will turn that program into a complete mess. Just watch. Look what he did to the USC offense.

Well, I must have the Jerry Rice of computers because I'm not seeing the popup ad. If you guys had Safari for Windows (free from Apple.com) or a Mac, you wouldn't see it either.

Now, about SecretaryGate. Does this go in the SG Forum? Or the SG Pforum?

Kaiser ad = Neuweasel recruiting, aggressive to the point of being reckless and self-destructive. Download Google Chroma and/or turn on your pop-up blocker. Scott has enough important responsibilities without adding Tutor of the Internets. Give 'em hell, Kiff!!! Fight on!
