Pete Carroll on choosing a quarterback.
``If I had my druthers, I'd rather have it settled by the end of the spring. I don't know that it will take place.''

About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

Pete said "druthers?"
Forget the QB timetable. What's the timetable for Jill and Ramona's return???
Bring back Jill and Ramona! We the readers are calling for their return!
malachi crunch3:
There not coming back. Deal with it.
1. Wishing for Wolfie to abandon his blog to the SUCLA girls is like wishing for world peace. It ain't gonna happen.
2. Since Corps has in essence no SC real game experience and Mustain only has experience handing the ball off to a great Arkansas back, and Barkley has no college experience, I would surmise that this is close to a dead heat. That said, I don't believe Coach would play a freshman with no experience unless the kid proves to be a phenom, but there have been a few at the college level so I would not rule it out.
3. If I had to choose between the SUCLA gals and Wolfie, I would take the SC guy because he is a little less vanilla and a little more spice than the ladies.
LJ the kid Barkley is a "phenom" and the real deal...
Actually, I believe Mustain primarily aired it out during his brief tenure at Arkansas, throwing for lots of yards and lots of INTs. They sat him down to focus on the running game.
