Some things get skewed during scrimmages. For example, in the stats you might notice Nick Perry and Wes Horton combined for six sacks. Perhaps one reason is that the second-team offensive line was more vulnerable than usual because none of the first-teamers got dropped down to help out like in previous scrimmages.
``The second offensive line was in trouble and had to move guys around and was more vulnerable,'' USC coach Pete Carroll said.
