Oh sure...yeah lets just accept that loss.

Lets see, it was at home, USC was 41-point favs, Stan had a 2nd string QB who had never started a game and the crack USC staff (non pun intended) couldnt diagnose a broken finger on Bootys throwing hand.

Who cares that a TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE loss cost the Trojans a spot in the title game.

I mean...We Are SC...right? That is all that matters. As long as the pumps can get off on saying that, life will always be good. Right?

I dont know what you all drank or smoked that makes you think second place is the same as first place, but keep it away from me.

USC 89 - you are turd. The issue is not that it was an acceptable loss - it is that Wolfie keeps on bringing things up to piss us off. For the fun of it. Bringing up the loss for the 100th time has no redeem value.

He has nothing original to say. I am surprised he still hasn't come up with he "see how PC's recommendation that Rey comes back for his Sr. year really helped him?' Only a matter of time.

I am so tired to hear about Wolfie's supposedly journalisms. He sucks.

Go to the OC blog. Less crap. Better stuff. More thoughtful analyses.

Wolfie once again goofing on hyper-homers who take themselves much too seriously.

USC has been to 100 straight BCS series games, but mention one of a few loses and the hyper-homers fall apart in sections.

I'll bet secretly, even some of the hyper-homers were silently glad when that goggle-eyed Stanford QB pitched that high floater pass into the endzone leaving Cocky Pete so stunned...just like when Harrick coached his Baron Davis led team into the crapper against Princeton's tottering old Pete Carril.

Keep on truckin' Wolf!

About Inside USC

Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
