By then, imagine how many whole suburbs $40 million will buy in Detroit!
So, Corp starts 2 years, and Barkley is one and done in 3 years? Hard to imagine PC being satisfied with only 1 year of Barkley. I predict Barkley beats out Corp in 2010.

Barkley won't be a first or second round pick. He will be lucky to get off the bench. He was so overrated at Mater Dei. I saw him half a dozen times as a Monarch starter and was never impressed.
