We answer a question from yesterday for a second time with update information this time.

Q: DFWTrojan said:
The lovely Lindsay, one of the few SG stars of this decade, has been missing from recent SG appearances. Where art thou, Lindsay? Was she captured by a ghost, goblin, or ghoul in the haunted hospital used as the setting for HGSP's one episode?

A: After being asked this question by several readers, I'm told she was a vacation and that she remains on the squad.

Any scary run-ins with the Song Girl coaches recently? I am appalled that after consenting to several members being part of such a tawdry and tacky show (on E! network, nonetheless) that they would have the gall to act indignant to anyone who exposes the Song Girls' embarrassing actions.

A: Unfortunately, these run-ins are unavoidable. But I just remember the positive experiences, like meeting the Oregon cheerleaders and seeing their professionalism.

Q: 29th Street said:
Which cheerleader from the 2000s do you think most embodies the spirit of USC Song Girl extraordinaire Tricia "Snow White" Pillsbury - Oregon's Amanda "The Pflu" Pflugrad or USC's very own Sarah "Dong Bong" Carmona?

A: This is perhaps the toughest question in some time. I'll go with Tricia Pillsbury since she actually was a USC song girl and remains the quintessential figure.

Q: The Wizard of Troy said:
Do the Oregon cheerleaders have anything the equivalent of Swim With Mike where they get to be seen publicly in bikinis?

A: Yes, they have Swim with Phil (Knight), but only Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Tiger Woods are allowed to participate.

Keli Snyder, AKA USC Song Girl of the Millennium, is the barometer for all that is good and very right for the American institution that is the USC Song Girls but have fallen on hard and unprecedented times post-1999, so what she says is not only right but what we should pay attention to. So please get her to provide her views regarding the following:

1) Amanda Pflugrad.
2) Former Song Girls in their mid to late 20s engaging in the use of dong bongs and whether she is planning on doing the same thing in a few years time.
3) USC Cheerleaders cheering for the other school, specifically is she was ever tempted to support another university while wearing her Song Girl uniform.
4) All torso tattoos on cheerleaders and being covered up in public. Does Keli have any tattoos that we do not know about?
5) Former USC football playing twins exposing themselves in photographs.

Your readers need to know what the beautiful Keli thinks about these topics and her opinion as a Song Girl of the 2000s is all that that matters to us.

A: Well, I don't know yet what she thinks about that but I did hear she recently got a job with the Speed Channel and will be doing online reports for them.

I saw on another thread where one your readers linked to a Daily Trojan sports article written by a certain USC journalism student with the name of Keli Snyder. So could Keli contribute to your blog and be your replacement whenever you are on vacation? With all due respect to Jill Painter and Ramona Shelburne who are great, but Keli is Keli. And we all love everything about Keli.

A: I promise by next vacation to let Keli take over the blog!

Did Sarah Carmona's parents actually give her the middle names Dong Bong? Are they Vietnamese?

You didn't answer the Tricia Pillsbury question. It was which of those two cheerleaders from the 2000s captured her Trojan spirit. Obviously Tricia captures her own spirit!

Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
