Spring Move
It's always dangerous to put too much into spring performances. Remember how former wide receiver William Buchanon dominated in spring and then never played during the season?
But in the past week, wide receiver Jordan Cameron's showed some flashes of what he could do. He caught a TD pass at the Coliseum scrimmage (called back by a penalty) and then caught a TD pass from Matt Barkley in Saturday's scrimmage. He seems to be challenging Brice Butler for the No. 4 receiver spot behind Damian Williams, Ronald Johnson and David Ausberry.

Where does Travon Patterson fit into the receiver depth chart? He's had some pretty big plays in scrimmages too, so why no mention of him challenging for the No. 4 spot?
Over at SUCLA, as with most colleges, they are fretting about having one quarteback who can do the job, and whether they will have 2 wideouts that are fairly competent.
At SC they are trying to decide between 3 excellent quarterback prospects and perhaps as many as 5 or 6 quality receivers.
This is a fantasy world, being a Trojan football fan.
Lord, may it never end.
Nobody mentioned Brandon Carswell and this is the year Scott wasn't happy with the recruits because we didn't recruit a wide receiver. It's good to be a trojan alumni!
If Cameron has a chance to be a serious contributor on the football team, will he continue to play basketball?
