USC In Final Four

If the 64-team NCAA Tournament bracket was based on how much colleges spent on Washington lobbyists, USC would make the national title game according to this bracket compiled by the Center For Responsive Politics.
USC spent $880,000 in 2008, good enough to reach the title game, where the Trojans lost to SUNY Binghamton ($1,820,000).
