USC playing Hawaii every year could be worse. Michigan will face UMass and Bowling Green during the 2010 season.

What's the typical itinerary of a visiting recruit attending camp as far as what they see, do, who they talk to and type of accommodations?

A: Like everything else in this world, it depends who the recruit is. They usually all stay in the campus dorms. The meals are either at the Galen Center, barbecues or theyt can eat at the dorm. Now if it is a big-time recruit, obviously they will spend more time talking with the coaches and if they come around, current players. Usually, these conversations are where a commitment will occur. Or a silent commitment.

Is there a chance USC won't be able to fill it's basketball roster?

A: There will be enough players on the roster. USC might not use all of its scholarships however. That depends on who shows up. And you wouldn't want to really give one to a walk-on, unless it's for a year as a reward, with the understanding it doesn't last past that season. At this point, there's not really any good players out there so it would make sense to hold an extra scholarship.
