McCourt Joins Board
Dodgers owner Jamie McCourt was elected to the USC Board of Trustees.
``She shares with other members of the Trojan Family an enthusiastic 'we-can-do-better' spirit,'' USC president Steven Sample said.
Hopefully, he wasn't referring to Manny Ramirez's ``we-can-do-better spirit.''

Are you serious, an easterner at heart. Her son is going to Stanford to play baseball. Sample is losing his collective mind with his actions dealing with the athletic dept., and now promoting McCourt to the board of trustees. What a lame reasoning,"we -can- do- better spirit" while the school was supposed to be at the top of their game.
