More O'Neill
Kevin O'Neill's known for being a disciplinarian and early in his career established a reputation for being a tireless recruiter. On the flip side, he's had only one winning season in his past eight as a head coach. And that was his interim stint at Arizona two years ago, when he went 19-15.

Hmm, not true Scott. It looks like he had a winning season at Northwestern in '99, taking them to only their 3rd ever post-season tourney. And, of course, he had great success rejuvenating a dormant Marquette program, winning conference, making the sweet 16, and leading the nation in FG%.
Yep, he's had exactly three winning seasons in his past eight as head coach. Overall, he's had six winning seasons out of 12 as head coach, two of those seasons barely making it in the black.
