Night And Day
A member of Cardinal and Gold called us today to complain about the USC-UCLA game being switched to a night game.
``A lot of my friends are older and can't see the ball well at night,'' they said.
Now you can make a joke about this, but it's still a valid point, especially when you consider how many older fans attend USC games. And this is the biggest home game of the year.

The older fans are what keep "USC fan" from becoming "Laker fan". There's nothing cooler than spending an afternoon at the Coliseum sitting next to an old guy who was there for all the great games and remembers them better than what he ate for breakfast that morning.
Ok, let's move it to 12:30 and lose a $hit load of TV revenue. It's too bad no station wants Fucla in the daytime. FSC can watch the big screen.
I love the older fans, they represent what it is to be a "Trojan for life."
Speaking of which:
TIREBITER are you still out there?!
These crustards should just sideline passes - like me! HAHAHAHA!
Here's a hint gentlemen: when UCLA is on offense just look at the ground and you'll be likely to find it.
I know a lot of people, myself included, won't go to night game. College football is all about Saturday afternoons.
Maybe the oldster fUCLA alums are pushing the night game for this very reason?
