About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."

September 12, 2009... USC Vs. Ohio State... Given what we know to date, who do you pick to win that game?
lots of discussion recently as to who is the most dominant football program (over last 10 yrs). please rank them between FLA, LSU, USC.
If you were the Athletic Director of a school and you can have anyone as your head football coach, which of the current active coaches would you choose to lead your program?
Can you please say in depth what recruits worked there tail off in rising stars camp?

You said you believed, but couldn't confirm that Floyd's new contract at the time he signed was 3yrs at 2 mil. per year. O'Neill signed a five yr. contract...anyone yet confirmed his compensation per year ? Can't imagine USC paying anywhere near the 2 mil. mark for K.O.

If Mustain is ineligible this Fall does Pete plan on not redshirting Barkley?
Hello Scott. I was wondering if there were any plans in the works to have Jill and Ramona as regular contributors to this blog.
Thank you so much in advance.
Only 11 questions so far, so I'm gonna try to sneak in a second one for myself...
Next year, USC is looking at having 6 former players in the NBA, I think (Scalabrine, Pruitt, Young, Mayo, DeRozan and Gibson). Seems like a decent amount for a non-elite program. When was the last time USC had that many former players in the NBA?
Favorite Michael Jackson era:
A) 1970s Jackson 5 period.
B) 1980s Thriller period.
C) 1990s-2009 Freaky albino period.
Mr. Wolf, if the USC defense is successful (very likely) under Coach Seto, how many years as a DC does he need in order to get a head coaching position? Do you think he'll land a quality position similar to Coach Sark (UW) or a crappy one like Coach Walker (NM)? Thanks.
Derrick Williams Watch Day 5, this is.
heard from him, have you, hmmm?
Any chance KO convinces Gary Franklin (Mater Dei) to re-commit?
What Trojan do you think will have a bigger impact next NBA season, Taj or DeMar? Fight On!
HI SCOTT
Do you know how many "silent commits" we have as of right now, following the Rising Stars camp? Thank you very very much.
If you exclude Dwight Lewis, who would be the hands-down fave as our returning leading scorer, which other Trojan hoopster would you predict to be MVP for Coach KO's squad next season?
Do you know why USC has only offered one scholarship so far to a 2011 player? That player is George Farmer. Why is the 2011 recruiting slow.
How would you compare O'Neill to Floyd in terms of: ethics, on-court coaching, recruiting, discipline, offense, defense, or other categories of your choosing? Thanks for the forum, Scott.
Lache Seastrunk did not come to the Rising Star Camp. Does USC have a chance with quarterback Jesse Scroggins, and running back Lache Seastrunk?
