Pac-10 Prowess
The Pac-10 might not be considered an elite basketball conference but it tied the ACC and Big East for most players selected in the NBA Draft. In the past two years, 21 players were drafted from the Pac-10.

Who says the PAC 10 isn't elite hoops but Scott? Things go up and down but I think that most people put the PAC 10 behind the ACC and Big East as the third best conference.
I don't know that the PAC 10 is really that far behind the Big East from top to bottom. The bottom of the PAC 10 is far better than the bottom of the Big East. It is just that with 16 teams in the Big East it is a good chance that you will have three or four good ones. It also helps when the tourney selection committee loads it up for you, the East Coast media loves your conference and you have huge tv contracts.
