Rise And Shine

Today is the first day of the important Rising Stars football camp. But it would not be a surprise if USC did not get many commitments during the two-day camp.
Why? Because as we've previously posted, USC's taken a different approach to recruiting this year and does not want to stockpile commitments and give rival schools a chance to negative recruit for the next eight months.
