Bulls fans have been force fed a diet of ugly Big 10 and Big East basketball. For some reason, although the best player in the history of the game led the franchise to six NBA titles in 8 years by playing an athletic, graceful brand of basketball, Chicagoans still relate more to Mike Ditka than Michael Jordan: slow, thick-skulled, nasty and brutish, thus the strong preference for DeJuan Blair, a powerful low-post player who plays with his back to the basket, who doesn't handle ball or play in space, who has creaky knees and a body type that will gain weight and test those knees and, more importantly, would not be able to run the floor with Derrick Rose.
Blair will do fine with San Antonio. They are one of the last franchises still committed to a walk-up, physical, low-post game. He'll do better than fine, and Bulls fans will scream, ignorant of the strong probability that DeJuan Blair would never last a full season running the floor with Derrick Rose.
The good news is that if Taj plays hard and acts like an adult, Chicagoans will forget all about DeJuan Blair and start demanding that the Bulls trade Tyrus Thomas. Chicagoans are very tolerant of their athletes as long as they play hard, provide energy, and stay within themselves.

Again, this isn't taj's twitter. You can tell for one because it is not a "verified account" like DeMar Derozan's is. More importantly, taj has repeated this on his FB page.
well, one of the two is a fake but his FB has personal pictures taken by normal people and not just press photos so I'm inclined to be believe that

About Inside USC
Scott Wolf has covered USC for the Daily News since 1996. A USC
graduate, he covered his first Trojan game in 1984 for
the Daily Trojan. Scott is known as the "scourge of the Internet
message boards," according to radio host Petros Papadakis. Despite this
moniker, there's no truth to the rumor he takes pleasure in
antagonizing the "Internet geeks."
