A: Well, it's a delicate topic. He may eventually return to offensive line in the fall, but offensive line coach Pat Ruel became frustrated with his inconsistent effort last year and he was moved to tight end so that it would not be a distraction. Where he ends up in fall camp remains to be seen.

A: I would have hired Jamie Dixon, but the truth is USC did not want to pay Dixon what he would have wanted to make a major move west from Pitt. That said, I liked Craig Robinson of Oregon State. He's bright, does a good job seeing the big picture, is a good recruiter and did a good job in his first season at Oregon State. USC was not interested.
That said, I'm not anti-Kevin O'Neill. In fact, I told him a couple days ago that what I've written seems to make me a supporter compared to what some of the nation's best-known basketball writers have written about him.
