Everson Griffen and Jordan Campbell were cited and released by Nantucket police for being loud at Fourth of July party. They must must write a letter of apology and no charges will be filed as it is a civil matter.

Dear City/Island/Township of Nantucket,
I am very sorry for being too loud at the Fourth of July party. Sometimes, it is difficult for people in Nantucket to understand what I am saying, with my thick California accent. Additionally, the fireworks and high tide added to the background noise I had to talk over.
I really enjoyed visiting your quaint little island on 4th of July weekend. I especially like the little ice cream shop up the main street from the ferry landing. I've enclosed a signed 2009 USC schedule poster as a token of my thanks.

I'm sure they used their own money to get to Nantucket - one of the most expensive areas on the East Coast - to spend the 4th of July.
Yes Bruin NC, and every Little Guttie football player spent July 4th washing the feet of the homeless on Skid Row, which they got to via the bus.

I commend the judge on his sage verdict and applaud the citations and release of the prisoners. No one wants to make a big deal out of this, for crying out loud.

Scott, your blurb in the Daily News listed Jordan Campbell as a junior linebacker which is of course incorrect. He is a sophomore to be having redshirted one season. You at least got one out of two with Griffin right. Learn the roster better for this upcoming season , you will be tested shortly.
