Last season all is good: Rose bowl champs coming in, #1 defense, Sanchez, then they trip on their weenies @ Oregon State and get no look at the BSC championship game at all.

In response they go get little pete out of high school early (no prom no grad night(???)) and Pete installs him over everyone’s objections. Is it that Corp and Mustain both suck so bad that USC felt compelled to go yank a talented kid out of his classroom early and walk him out to the field? Can Corp & Mustain just be that bad?

I have heard Mustain was also a Gatorade POTY, #1 high school pick QB and all Corp did was win…everything.

BTW: Corp 5 ½ weeks total since fractured leg – is he 100%??

This is just way over-analysis. Obviously Carroll loves Barkley and thinks he's the next big thing. It's his party and he gets to invite whom ever he wants.

FSC, I don't think Wolf is ALL bad. He gets some inside info, which is why I regularly check in. I just wish he would do more, ya know, REPORTING once in a while instead of presenting everything in a light that will further his agendas. The reporting of every Barkley misfire and refusal to do that with Corp is indefensible, IMO. Scott is more interested in picking bones than being an honest journalist.
