Um, UW needs to lose again and SC needs to win out in conference to win the Pac-10 title. If UW and SC both win out then UW goes to the RB.

I think Bosco is (safely) assuming that UW will drop at least one more conference game, but at the same time, we need them to win as many as possible to make our loss appear "better". Their next conference loss will probably come in two weeks, to Oregon (who we also need to keep winning, until/after we beat them of course). Once again, SC needs a lot help from others, but as long as we keep winning, things will tend to fall into place. If we lose to Oregon though, we can forget about it.

Oregon continuing to win also helps Boise State, which is ranked No. 5 in Jerry Palm's BCS rankings

update from duck country:

nobody up here is giddy about being 3-0 in pac10 play

all we want the ducks to do is get healthy and get ready for washington and their freaky voo-doo magic that they have going on

locker looks scary good right now - i think he is at least as good as tebo

well see how he looks with def ends and linebackers in his face

the same media that declared us dead after week one is talking what ifs and rankings if the ducks win out

as for usc, cal was a big flameout / you already played washington / i think stanford is overrated

your season rests on halloween in autzen
