A: I'd agree with your choices but also add Miami, Georgia and Alabama. Of course, the standards are quite high on the West Coast with Oregon and UCLA.

A: I usually go for the player names. I'd go for the Arshavin because there's no telling how long that Fabregas jersey will be relevant if he chooses to go to Barcelona.
I would not wear an Ashley Cole throwback but I would wear a Cheryl Cole (pitcured below) Newcastle jersey.
