Trojan Rick I agree with you. My intuition tells me that PC was referring to another USC freshman QB to compare MB7 to at this advanced stage of his progression.

Hell, even USC 89 has backed off some..I guess she's jealous that you are actually making her start to look somewhat cognizant. But then again maybe she just does not want to compete (with you)!

The stats on MB were off the charts yesterday but I was not that impress with his arm strength.
MB was as cool as a cucumber. But I don't think he made on NFL throw yesterday. Maybe I missed it. Maybe he did not have an opportunity because the guys were so open. But his passes were not lasers like most of Clausen's. JC has a frieking rifle that he used. I wonder if Matt is still hurting, he was accurate but looking like there was way too much air under his throws.
Against a better defense, Matt would have had a rough day yesterday. Assuming its his shoulder, Matt will be really dangerous once that heals. It looked like he had fun yesterday. He has the presence of a junior QB, not a freshman. On that front, he's off the charts too.
One word joewilly: trajectory. MB7 threw some amazing balls with amazing touch yesterday. I would take his body of work over Clausen's one beautiful pass yesterday. And yes, as much as I just hate everything about that kid, the pass to Tate was one of the most beautiful balls I've ever seen thrown at the college level.
