Matt Barkley thinks Notre Dame's aggressive defense could aid the Trojans.
``Our line's going to do a great job and we're ready for it,'' he said. ``If you can beat it, they're susceptible to a big gain.''

With Ronald Johnson back, perhaps it's time to start using 4-receiver sets and spread the field. Split McKnight or Havili out wide. When ND blitzes, USC will exploit single man coverage. ND is 110th in the NCAA in pass defense.
