Corp No. 2
Aaron Corp held off a challenge from Mitch Mustain and will remain the No. 2 QB against Cal. Nick Perry practiced again and will play though he is still limping a bit. Malcolm Smith said he can play but Shane Horton starts at LB. Wes Horton starts over Perry at DE.
What's PC's problem with MM?

Mustain will overtake Corp on the depth chart next week. These are just the final crumbs being thrown Corp's way before he is dropped to No. 3 the next week. In essence, Corp has been given notice and is slowly being eased into irrelevance.
Agree with Gordon on this. I was at practice this week and Mustain clearly outplayed Corp. By the next week or two, Mustain should overtake Corp. What the coaches are doing now is slowly letting Corp down the depth chart. First he was No. 1 and then he dropped to No. 2 and soon he will be No. 3. Corp is being given the golden handshake and it's quite obvious now. At this rate, dont be surprised if Barkley gets injured again and Mustain is starting before the season is over.
I can't imagine Corp keeping the #2 for long. It all comes down to next year. If Corp transfers, who would be the #2 next year. Might as well get Mustain ready for this and he would be the #1 if Barkley goes down.
