USC football: Trojans move up in BCS standings

USC’s jumped two spots to No. 5 in this week’s Bowl Championship Series rankings released on Sunday.
Defending national champion Florida retained the top spot in the BCS rankings, followed by Alabama at No. 2, with Texas holding onto the No. 3 spot and Big Ten leader Iowa climbing two spots to No. 4.
TCU is No. 6. Boise State and Cincinnati, No. 4 and No. 5 last week, both slipped this week. The Broncos are No. 7, Cincinnati is No. 8. LSU and Oregon round out the Top 10.
