Parting Gift

Cornerback Torrin Harris, who is redshirting, had a big week with two interceptions, stripping the ball from a player and blocking a field goal this week. He came to USC at the urging of close family friend Demetrice Martin, who coached at USC as a graduate assistant but was at Mt. SAC last season.
Martin is currently the secondary coach at Washington and if he were hired there earlier, Harris might be playing for the Huskies.
