Player Rotations
Since USC barely utilizes three wide receivers right now, who gets squeezed when Ronald Johnson returns next week? David Ausberry? Brice Butler?
And with only three receivers really getting serious time, why didn't De'von Flournoy redshirt?

These are exactly the kinds of questions that people like us are supposed to be asking, and people with inside sources are supposed to be answering. Get back to us when you learn something.
With so many better ideas on how to coach and run the team, why hasn't Garrett made Wolf the Head Coach?
what with you and redshirting Wolf? Why are you trying to "save" players? Flournoy was obviously needed at the time. Give it a break. On the other hand, if he did redshirt him, you would ask "why doesn't Carroll play freshmen when he promises to play them if they prove it through competition". It's always a lose-lose in your eyes Wolf. We can see right through your style of "reporting". I honestly believe you should just quit reporting on SC and work for TMZ. Your style of reporting is much more conducive to that arena. This is not your niche. You are out of your element and it is obvious you are not comfortable reporting on SC matters. Go find Paris, Britney, or some other tabloid figure to follow. Not only will you do a better job, but you will enjoy your life a lot more. This is not meant to be a jab, just an observation and some constructive criticism.
Good luck Wolf. Make the right decision.
That's easy. If it's based on performance then Ausberry should rot on the bench. That guy is useless outside of the occasional WR screen. He should only play when we need a big WR who drops everything.
WR1: Damian
WR2: RoJo
WR3: Butler
Dunno why Flournoy didn't redshirt. There was no way he was going to get meaningful playing time after RoJo's injury. There were too many other WR's on the roster that earned more PT over Flournoy
What's the theory here? That four years from now the Trojans won't have any WRs because Flournoy didn't redshirt?
First of all, Wolf, just report as to why Flournoy was not redshirted. Ask Carroll. I imagine he'd say that he as desperately needed at the time of the injury.
I have been hating on Ausberry for years now. I don't get paid to do this, but I would have made him a tight end years ago. However, I have been impressed with his blocking, picking and effort on the perimeter. This is a must have in this system. If he could just catch a fade or slant in the end zone...
IF Rojo is ready to go full speed he would be a welcome addition.
