Oregon fans mobbed the field after the game but many of them also wanted to take a picture with USC tailback Joe McKnight, who quietly stood on the field and surveyed the wreckage.
McKnight, to his credit, politely obliged some of the requests as he headed to the locker room.
Congrats to Oregon, well played game.
My only question is: If you all expected to win the game, why rush the field? USC was already a one-loss team and you have beaten them several times in Eugene over the last 10-12 years. I don't get it.
